Aerial Support Mount Bracket

Antenna Support Mount Type Vertical Pole Leg
Material 8mm S355J2 BS EN 10025-2. Galvanized to BS ENISO 1461:1999.
Use 12mm fixings. Mainly used on Angle tower legs. Either suits the tower leg range of 33.7-139.7mm or 100-220mm and both take 48.3-114.3 antenna poles.
8mm Spreader Plates spread the load across the slots to make it stronger. Can take up to 3° rake out. Supplied as a kit (2 x brackets, 8 spreader plates, plus fixings) or individually. Order Antenna poles separately.

Double Standoff Assembly
Galvanized to BS ENISO 1461:1999.
Designed to double up on existing antenna mounts. Antenna separation 1070mm./ This versatile double antenna mount is suitable for any size of antenna. When used with our Universal Stand Off Assembly kit, this will ensure the antenna is vertical.
Suits 60.3 and 76.1 antenna poles. Order pole and fixings separately.
Universal Vertical Stand Off Assembly
Galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461:1999 76.
1Ø cranked tubes for dish mounts as illustrated 48.3Ø cranked tubes for aerial fixings. This unique innovation dish/aerial mount enables the mounting pole to be fitted vertically on structures with rakes of up to 10. This product is fitted on structures across the country.
Please specify the length of the antenna pole required and leg size to ensure correct fixings are included in the kit.
Galvanised Antenna Poles
Hot Formed CHS S355J2H BS EN 10210. Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.
‘T’ Bar fitted on request. All dimensions in millimetres (mm). Lengths are available in 500mm increments from 1m to 4m (+/-15mm). However, any length can be ordered and will be supplied trimmed from standard full-length 7.5m stocks.
To order the required length, suffix to appropriate Part No. i.e. 88.9 x 5.0 pole 5m long = 3/AP/304/5000 3.2 and 4.0 wall thickness tube available to order. Substitute the number 1 for 3.2 wall i.e. 3/AP/101/1000 and 2 for 4.0 wall i.e. 3/AP/201/1000.

Aerial Parallel Clamps

The parallel clamp is commonly used for fixing vertical aerials to vertical poles or just pole to pole.

Aerial Tilt Brackets 48Ø Pole

This economical tilt bracket enables the rake of the structure to be taken out up to 15 degrees up or down from the vertical to ensure horizontal adjustment of the aerial.
45°Angle Stand Off Bracket
Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999. Material 8mm S355J2 BS EN 10025-2.
Use 12mm fixing. Mainly used on Angle tower legs.
Using the standard fixing as shown, the brackets provide vertical fixing points easily and economically.
Channel Stand Off

Channel Wall Brackets
Galvanised to BS ENISO 1461 .Material BS EN 10025-2 S355J0.
Channel wall brackets are stocked in two types CWB and CWBX. CWB for 48.3Ø poles using 10mm fasteners and single hole fixing to the wall. CWBX for poles using 12mm fasteners and two slots fixing to the wall.
Chimney Lashing Brackets
Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999. 5-metre lengths of tensioning wire.
Designed to support 48.3Ø aerial pole with no drilling of brickwork.
Feeder Brackets

Universal Feeder Bracket Assembly

Sloping Pole Bracket Kit
Fitted to any raked pole where equipment such as RRU (Remote Radio Unit) are to be easily and universally fitted.
Each kit supplied comes complete with an H Bracket, Crossover Plate, 2x U Bolts, 2x V Bolts and 2x Vinyl Tube Caps with a fitting range of 60mm-114mm CHS. (Use 12mm fixings).

Antenna Face Mount
Fully adjustable poles.
Each face mount is supplied/manufactured to meet the structure’s criteria regarding leg size and rake.
In most instances, these universal face frames can be supplied ‘off the shelf’ as they incorporate parts from our standard range.
Antenna Leg Mount
Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999. Leg mounted pole 114.3Ø. Pole 114.3Ø x 1500 Long ~ 1200 Clear Standoff 230mm.
On tower leg rakes (0 - 30) the dish mount pole can be kept in the vertical position by use of the slotted holes in the support brackets. Order leg fixing bolts separately.
Custom made brackets can be made to suit particular rakes. Other sizes available to order.
Monopole Dish Mount
Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461. Material S355J2 BS EN 10025-2.
To suit 219.3 and 168mm diameter tubes.
Single Fixing Universal Mount 60Ø Pole
Galvanised to ENISO 1461:1999. 60.3Ø tube. Horizontal or vertical fixing.
Versatile dish mount uses eco cross over plate for easy assembly and only requires 200mm mounting area.
Designed for dishes up to 600mmØ and takes out up to 25 degrees rake in structure.
Single Mounting Dish Bracket 76Ø Pole
Galvanised to EN ISO 1461:1999. 76.1Ø tube.
This economical swivel bracket when used with the standard angle stand off bracket allows easy attachment of up to 300mm microwave dishes eliminating the rake angle of the tower.
Identify the series for the leg from the chart at the rear of the catalogue. Order two leg fixing bolts per kit for the series.

Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999.
Quick and easy to install. Ideal for restricted roof space No drilling required.
Foot print 1200 x 600. Built in trays for additional ballast if required polystyrene foam base.
Roof Mount
Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:1999. 2.5 metre pole as illustrated. 1.25 metre pole without stays. 76Ø or 114Ø support poles standard.

Optional Extra: bolt unit to access to top of pole. Kit comprises of the step and two U bolts-4/PMA/215.

Corner Roof Mount
Corner Mount enables close proximity to the edge of roofs to allow unimpeded antenna coverage. Choice of either 1 corner or 2 corner Mount.
Complete with fixings and polystyrene roof protection which prevents penetrating rooftops.
